Reporting<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Send reports to <a href=\"mailto:support@elyxion.eu\">support@elyxion.eu<\/a> with the affected service, description, reproduction steps, potential impact and non-sensitive evidence.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">3. Good-faith Research<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Researchers must avoid accessing other parties&#8217; data, disrupting services, destructive testing, social engineering, malware persistence and unnecessary exploitation. Stop testing if sensitive or customer information is encountered.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">4. Response<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>elyXion<\/strong> will seek to acknowledge credible reports, investigate according to risk and coordinate remediation and disclosure where appropriate.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">5. Safe-harbour Intent<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Where research is conducted in good faith and follows this policy, <strong>elyXion<\/strong> intends to treat it as authorised research within the stated scope.
