The final cookie register will reflect the technologies actually deployed on the relevant website or service.
6. The elyXion Portal
The authenticated elyXion-portaal may use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to provide secure authentication, maintain sessions, protect the service, support load balancing, maintain essential preferences, and provide requested functionality.
The Portal may also use technologies associated with support, monitoring or other operational services.
Where optional analytics or other non-essential technologies are used, they will be subject to the applicable consent requirements.
Customer integrations and technologies operating within a customer’s own environment are not necessarily cookies. Processing associated with Customer Personal Data is governed by the applicable contractual arrangements, including the Data Processing Agreement, where applicable, and our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party technologies
Some functionality on our websites or Portal may be provided by third-party service providers. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with the services they provide.
Where applicable, our cookie register identifies the relevant provider, purpose, category, duration and other relevant information.

Where elyXion determines the purposes and means of processing, the processing is addressed under our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual arrangements. Where a third party acts independently as a controller, its own privacy notice may also apply.

8. Managing cookies through your browser
Most web browsers allow you to view, delete, block or restrict cookies through their settings.

Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may affect the operation, security or functionality of our websites or Portal, including authentication and secure login.
Browser settings provide additional controls but do not replace the consent mechanism provided by elyXion for cookies and similar technologies for which consent is required.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and devices may send signals such as Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC).
elyXion does not currently treat browser-based Do Not Track signals as a separate consent mechanism.
Our handling of Global Privacy Control or other legally recognised privacy signals depends on the capabilities of the consent-management technology in use and applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a recognised privacy signal to be honoured, elyXion will process such signals in accordance with those requirements.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our websites, Portal, technologies, service providers or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page together with its effective date.
