Customer confidential information, personal data, credentials and protected tenant content must not be sent to unapproved AI services.

Customer-facing AI requires provider governance, data-flow review, tenant isolation, security testing, evaluation, monitoring and human accountability before production enablement.

AI output is not inherently authoritative. Material decisions require appropriate human judgement and validation.
