As the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform grew, the organisation needed a way to empower employees to build low-code solutions without compromising security, governance, or operational control. The goal was to encourage innovation while ensuring every solution met enterprise standards.

SOLUTION

We designed and implemented a governance framework for Microsoft Power Platform, providing clear standards for security, application lifecycle management, and environment management across Development, Test, and Production. We also established the foundation for a Low-Code Centre of Excellence, enabling teams to innovate confidently within a secure and well-managed platform.
